Proof of Vaccine:

You can access your Proof of Vaccine through your MySaskHealthRecord Account. You can create an account here: https://www.ehealthsask.ca/MySaskHealthRecord/MySaskHealthRecord

Testing:

If you have symptoms, have been identified as a close contact, or are required to get a test for another reason, you can call 811. There will be a long wait line. You can leave your number for a call-back. When they call you back you will have to answer several questions. They will then book you for a test at your nearest testing site. You may be able to get negative results by text message. You will receive a phone call from Public Health if you are positive, or if they are unable to contact you through text with a negative result. If you have a valid SK Health Card, you can register to also receive your results online through MySaskHealthRecord. Follow the instructions here: https://www.ehealthsask.ca/MySaskHealthRecord/MySaskHealthRecord
